The SMB License Program Ends December 31, 2025

The SMB License (formerly Free Enterprise) program has been discontinued.

The SMB License (formerly Free Enterprise) was created to help smaller teams and service providers get started with Graylog. But the program no longer reflects the best path forward for customers.

By retiring the SMB License, we’re streamlining the path forward so every Graylog user benefits from a consistent, modern experience: Open for free unlimited logging, Enterprise for advanced log management, Security for SIEM, and consumption-based licensing for service providers.

remains free, unlimited-volume log management, and now includes a limited version of Illuminate to jumpstart log parsing and enrichment. SMB license holders will automatically roll back to Graylog Open with no loss of data once their license expires.

delivers centralized log management with Illuminate content, native data lake, auditing, archival, compliance reporting, and advanced workflows — available either self-managed or on Graylog Cloud.

extends those capabilities into a full SIEM for advanced detection and response with AI, investigations management, and additional Illuminate security content — also self-managed or on Cloud.
